Ingredients:


  • 1 pack of  hot dogs/frankfurters
  • Satay sticks for boiling
  • raw carrot ( cut into tiny cubes) for the beak of octopus
  • black sesame seeds for the eyes of octopus

STEPS:

  • step 1: wash the hot dogs and cut into halves. If hot dogs are frozen, soak them in water for 15-20 min to thaw them. Cut the bottom portion of the halved hot dog into 8 strips.
  • step 2: Cook the hot dogs in boiling water. Press down the top with the satay stick in order to have nice open tentacles.
  • step 3: use a toothpick to add in eyes ( sesame seeds) and beak ( small carrot pc)
